Webtzm Docs

Build one end to end

The reference tells you what a control does and what a state means. These seven tutorials are the other half: one real job each, followed start to finish.

Each tutorial shows the console screens as they actually render, the code exactly as the console generates it, and the final record as it lands in your Google workspace. Start with the contact form if you have not connected one yet.

Tutorial 01 · Quick setup A contact form on a small business site

Connect an existing enquiry form to Webtzm and watch the first submission land as a live row in Google Sheets — the fastest path from a static form to a working data pipeline.

Tutorial 02 · Advanced builder An event registration form with confirmations

Build the form inside Webtzm, choose which columns the roster keeps, and send both an alert to the organiser and a receipt to the attendee.

Tutorial 03 · Email output A quote request that lands in the sales inbox

Choose Email to inbox as the workflow's output, and understand why that is a different thing from the alerts on the same page.

Tutorial 04 · Google Doc output A satisfaction questionnaire that writes a Google Doc

Import the markup from a survey you already own, then turn each response into its own populated Google Doc instead of a spreadsheet row.

Tutorial 05 · Files and PDF A job application with a CV upload

Accept files from applicants, keep them in a Drive folder you choose, and produce one branded PDF per application.

Tutorial 06 · Update, Delete, Fetch Let people change or withdraw what they sent

Use the record reference to update a row, delete one, and let your own application read the records back as JSON.

Tutorial 07 · After launch Running a form once it is live

Read the dashboard, tell a retry from a failure, send a stopped submission again, pause a form, and know what your plan limits mean.
