Create a workflow in Advanced mode

Open Advanced mode when a form needs imported HTML, another Google output, or Pro updates to existing Sheet rows.

Open Workspace > Create > Advanced mode. Name the workflow, choose its foundation, and then work through the guided journey.

Create, Update, and Delete

Select Create for a new record on any plan. Update finds a row by its record ID (webtzm_id), and Delete removes one row from a Sheet Webtzm created; both stay visible but locked on Free and unlock with Pro or Pro Scale. The journey places incomplete requirements beside the affected step; resolve them before using Review & create.

An Update changes only the answers it receives filled in, and leaves every other column of that row as it found it — so a visitor who answers one question does not empty the rest. That also means a blank box cannot empty a stored answer on purpose, because it looks the same as a question the update never asked. To empty one, your own code sends null for that field; a published form cannot send it, so only an integration you control can clear a stored answer, and the cell stays empty afterwards.
