Every response and state a form or the console can show, what it means, and what to do about it.

Invalid fieldsOne or more required fields or files did not pass the form rules. Nothing was accepted.Published form and highlighted fieldsCorrect the fields or files, then submit again.
Verification failureThe anti-spam check did not run on the page, or its answer was not accepted. Nothing was accepted.Published formReload the page and submit again. If that does not help, the form owner should replace the embed with the current generated form.
Policy reviewA workflow rule prevented acceptance, such as an unapproved site or unavailable workflow. An unapproved site is named on the visitor's page.Published formCorrect the visible policy cause, then submit again.
Delivery failure — not acceptedThe Webtzm delivery could not safely accept the request.Published formCheck the connection or wait briefly, then submit again.
Delivery failure — file incomplete ProThe submission was accepted, but a selected file did not finish.Published form and affected file rowIf the row shows Retry, select it to submit the form again.
Retry scheduledAn accepted submission had a temporary delivery error and another automatic attempt is already scheduled. Delivery has not given up.Delivery status and SubmissionsNothing, usually. Correct a visible Google connection or output issue if there is one, then wait.
Needs reviewDelivery stopped with no further automatic attempt owed.Delivery status and SubmissionsCorrect the issue, then use Send again, or Mark reviewed when no retry can help.
