Billing and payment
The Billing view is the account source for the current plan, interval, next charge or plan-change date, founding-price eligibility, and available actions.
Start Pro
A new account can use one 7-day Pro trial across either monthly or yearly billing. A payment method is required, and Stripe Checkout shows the exact charge date and amount before confirmation. Deleting and re-registering the same Google identity does not create another trial or restore a founding offer.
See Plans and limits for the current prices and what each plan includes.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects payment details; Webtzm does not store full card numbers. Returning from Checkout does not grant Pro by itself. The Billing view updates only after Webtzm receives and verifies the billing event, which can take a short moment.
Manage the subscription
- Invoices & payment methods
- Open Stripe's hosted portal to review invoices or update billing and payment information.
- Change billing cycle
- Review the destination interval and exact price in Webtzm before continuing.
- Cancel renewal
- Pro remains active through the displayed date, then paid-only benefits are archived and disabled.
- Resume
- When available, Resume removes the scheduled cancellation and keeps the displayed cycle and renewal date. A completed refund cannot be reversed.
- Monthly cancellation
- After the trial, the monthly charge is non-refundable. Benefits remain through the paid period.
- Yearly refund
- The partial current month counts as used. Used months are recalculated at the matching monthly price, the remaining balance is submitted for refund, and Pro stays active through the current paid month.
Account deletion
From Account → Account, type the signed-in email address to request deletion. Webtzm immediately pauses owned workspaces and public form routes, revokes other sessions, stops Stripe renewal, and starts a 30-day recovery period. Recovery restores the captured workspace and route states on Free. After the deadline, permanent removal begins.
