Connect a form in Easy mode

Six fields and one button, from an existing form to a managed Google Sheet.

  1. Open Easy mode

Go to Workspace > Create > Easy mode.

  2. Connect Google

If Sheets and Drive are not already connected, select Connect Google Sheets and Drive and finish sign-in. You return to Easy mode.

  3. Name the form

Choose a name that will make the managed Sheet easy to recognize.

  4. Choose notifications

Email me for each submission is on every plan: a short, content-free alert from Webtzm. Pro sends it from your own Gmail address instead.

  5. Add an allowed domain

Enter the hostname only, such as forms.example.com, then select Add.

  6. Set a redirect or a custom message, if you want one

Optionally enter a Success redirect URL and a Success message. With a redirect set, a visitor who submits the form is sent there; without one, they see the Webtzm confirmation page. The success message replaces the default text - Thanks — your response has been received. - shown there. Leave it blank for the default.

  7. Connect the form

Select Connect form and create Sheet. The action stays unavailable until Google is connected and the required setup is valid.

  8. Send a test submission

Select Send a test submission next to the endpoint to try it immediately, or publish the form and submit one safe test from the live page. Either way, refresh the status and confirm Delivered and a new Sheet row.

No custom code is required

A normal Easy-mode form POST opens a clear Webtzm success or recovery page. To keep the visitor on the same page, use the displayed safe JavaScript handler; it requests JSON and shows the result inside the form.

Editing the included Free form

When the included Free form is in use, editing keeps its connection and spreadsheet. Choose Continue current tab to add new field columns beside existing data, or Start a new tab to create a revision tab in the same spreadsheet. Existing rows are never moved or rewritten. Use Pro when forms need separate connections, policies, or Google files.
