Digital Delivery
Webtzm does not ship physical goods. Paid features are delivered digitally by enabling plan limits, form features, file upload routing, and output options in the Webtzm dashboard.
Founding Customer Pricing
Eligible accounts can subscribe to Pro at the current Founding Customer prices of $2.99 per month or $29 per year, and to monthly-only Pro Scale for $29 per month. The corresponding standard prices are $5 per month, $49 per year, and $49 per month for Pro Scale. The Billing view and Stripe Checkout show the price available to the account before confirmation.
Monthly and yearly founding-price eligibility are tracked separately, and monthly eligibility applies to both Pro Monthly and Pro Scale. Scheduling cancellation, switching away from a founding-price billing interval, or requesting its yearly refund permanently ends that interval’s founding price. Resuming that interval after a scheduled cancellation, or subscribing to it again later, uses the applicable standard price. The other interval remains independently eligible until it is used, canceled, or changed away from.
Cancellations
You may schedule cancellation during a Pro trial or before a renewal from the Billing view or Stripe’s hosted customer portal. Pro and Pro Scale stay active through the cancellation date shown there: normally the end of the current monthly or yearly billing period. The separate yearly refund path described below ends access after the current paid month instead.
When cancellation takes effect, the account downgrades to Free. Paid-only workflows and active workflows beyond the Free allowance are paused, and the remaining eligible workflow keeps submitted values only until delivery finishes, as Free does. Existing Google outputs remain under the connected Google account’s controls.
If a renewal payment fails, Pro or Pro Scale stays active while Stripe retries the payment, and the Billing view offers a button to update the payment method. If the payment still cannot be collected, the account downgrades to Free as described above. Workflows paused by that downgrade resume on their own when a paid plan returns; workflows you paused yourself stay paused.
If Billing offers Resume, it removes the scheduled cancellation and keeps the displayed renewal date. A founding-price subscription resumes at that plan’s standard price because scheduling cancellation permanently ends the founding price. A founding Pro Scale subscription therefore resumes at $49 per month, not as an ordinary Pro subscription. A submitted or completed yearly refund cannot be reversed or resumed.
Self-service account deletion is different from ordinary end-of-period cancellation. It immediately cancels subscription renewal without proration or a final invoice, deletes the Stripe Customer, and ends paid access. Recovering the Webtzm account during its 30-day cooling period restores it on Free and does not restore the canceled subscription. Account deletion does not itself create a refund; any refund remains governed by the monthly and yearly rules below.
Trial Period
Each Webtzm account can use one 7-day Pro trial across either the monthly or yearly plan. Payment information is required. The Billing view and Stripe Checkout show the exact charge date and amount. Cancel before that date to avoid the first charge. Canceling, switching plans, subscribing again, deleting the account, or registering again with the same Google identity does not create another trial or restore a previously ended founding offer; if the trial has already been used, Checkout charges the displayed subscription price when the purchase completes.
Monthly Plan Refunds
Monthly plan charges are non-refundable after the 7-day Pro trial has ended and the monthly charge has started. Pro Scale has no trial. To avoid the first Pro monthly charge, cancel before the trial charge date displayed in Billing and Checkout. When a monthly renewal is canceled after payment, Pro or Pro Scale remains active through the current paid monthly period, then the account downgrades to Free.
Yearly Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel at the yearly renewal date
Canceling yearly renewal through the hosted customer portal schedules the subscription to end at the displayed annual period end. No unused-balance refund is requested through that ordinary cancellation path, and Pro remains active through the paid yearly period.
Cancel yearly and refund the unused balance
When Billing shows an eligible refund, you may request the separate cancellation-and-refund action without giving a reason. The current partial month counts as used. Used months from a $29 founding yearly payment are recalculated at $2.99 per month; used months from a $49 standard yearly payment are recalculated at $5 per month. Any remaining eligible paid balance is submitted to Stripe for refund.
Pro remains active through the end of the current paid month, then the account downgrades to Free. The refund action permanently ends yearly founding-price eligibility, cannot be reversed after submission, and cannot be resumed. Billing displays the calculated amount and processing status before and after the request; the action is unavailable when no positive unused balance is refundable.
During that remaining access period, you may upgrade the same subscription to Pro Scale without waiting for the scheduled end date. Stripe shows the exact prorated charge, monthly Pro Scale price, and renewal date before confirmation. Webtzm changes the effective plan only after verified billing events confirm the update; the completed refund and cancellation history remain visible.
No Physical Returns
Because Webtzm is a software service, there are no physical returns. If access does not work as expected, contact support so the issue can be investigated.
